Terms of Service
This Faith-Based Health & Wellness, Business Mentorship, Courses, Trainings, and Resources Terms and Conditions Disclaimer and Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Predestined Not Predisposed, LLC, a Georgia business (“Strategist”), and the below-signed Client.
AGREEMENT
By registering, purchasing, using, and/or continuing to use Strategist’s Services, participating in Strategist’s Program, and/or accessing Strategist’s Materials, Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Selecting the “I agree to these terms and conditions” checkbox or button on any checkout page is equivalent to an electronic signature, binding the purchaser and user to the agreements outlined herein.
DEFINITIONS
“Program” includes instruction, coaching, mentoring, and educational content with a focus on faith-based health, wholeness, and purpose-driven business strategy.
“Strategist’s Materials” include all information, media, and content (including written materials, video lessons, and digital resources) provided to Client as part of the Program.
“Client” includes any person or entity who registers for the Program, including any authorized agents or representatives, and who has timely paid all required fees. To participate, Client must be at least 18 years old. If entering this Agreement on behalf of an organization, Client affirms the authority to bind that entity.
“Commencement Date” means the date the Service Fee (or first installment) is successfully paid.
“Services” include, without limitation, biblical mindset coaching, health and wellness strategy, nutrition education, business and lifestyle mentorship, spiritual growth training, online courses, mentorship programs, community coaching, and any related consulting or teaching provided by Strategist.
COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION
This Agreement begins on the Commencement Date and continues for the duration of the Program purchased. Client’s access to the Program and Strategist’s online portal expires at the end of the Program term, whether or not all materials have been accessed. Specific durations are outlined in each program’s details.
SERVICE FEES
To enroll in any Program, Client must pay the required Service Fee in full or via an approved payment plan. Payment authorizes Strategist to deliver the corresponding Program and Materials.
LICENSE
5.1 Subject to this Agreement, the right to view and access Strategist’s Materials is limited to the paying Client. Strategist’s Programs and Materials shall not be shared, reproduced, copied, downloaded, recorded, or replayed without written authorization.
5.2 All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in Strategist’s Programs and Materials belong solely to Strategist. Client gains no ownership or copyright interest.
5.3 Client shall not reproduce, resell, record, or distribute Strategist’s Materials online or elsewhere.
5.4 Client may not remove or obscure any watermark, logo, or trademark contained in Strategist’s Programs or Materials.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
6.1 Only the authorized paying Client may access Strategist’s Programs and Materials. Sharing or redistributing any Program content is prohibited.
6.2 Strategist may modify or remove Program content at any time without notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
6.3 Client ensures that any authorized user is bound by this Agreement and has paid all applicable fees.
6.4 Strategist may assess additional fees for unauthorized users or participants.
6.5 Strategist will make reasonable efforts to maintain accessibility, but downtime or technical issues do not entitle Client to refunds.
6.6 Client consents to Strategist monitoring portal access (including IP tracking) to prevent unauthorized sharing or duplication.
TERMINATION
7.1 TERMINATION BY STRATEGIST. Strategist may terminate access immediately and without liability if Client:
(a) fails to comply with payment or other terms;
(b) makes defamatory statements or harms Strategist’s reputation;
(c) misuses Strategist’s Materials or website; or
(d) engages in behavior intended to damage Strategist or its programs.
REFUND POLICY
8.1 Predestined Academy™ (Courses, Trainings, Community)
Predestined Not Predisposed, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all courses, trainings, and digital resources.
All sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are entering a binding agreement.
Chargebacks are not tolerated. If a chargeback is filed, Strategist may report the delinquency and pursue legal collection of owed funds plus applicable fees.
Client retains lifetime access to purchased materials for as long as the program remains available. Should the program be discontinued, Client will receive at least six (6) months’ notice before removal.
8.2 Predestined Not Predisposed™ Mentorship (12 Weeks)
This mentorship provides immediate access to exclusive intellectual property and live coaching support.
Therefore, no cancellations, pauses, or refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal or unforeseen circumstances.
Client agrees not to file a chargeback or dispute with their bank or card company. Doing so constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and forfeits all remaining services. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will apply to unpaid balances, and Strategist may recover all costs, including attorney’s fees, associated with collection.
Term: The Mentorship runs for twelve (12) consecutive weeks from the Commencement Date. After this period, Client’s access to mentorship portals ends. Downloaded materials remain available for personal use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
9.1 Strategist makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program, Materials, or Services. Programs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
9.2 Strategist’s Programs are designed for faith-based health, wholeness, and business growth. Results depend on Client’s effort, obedience, and stewardship. Strategist makes no guarantees regarding health outcomes, income, or business success.
9.3 Strategist shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Programs. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the Program. No consequential, indirect, or punitive damages will be awarded.
9.4 Client’s reliance on any teaching or material is voluntary and at their own discretion.
9.5 Strategist’s services are educational only and not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult your physician or other qualified professionals.
9.6 Strategist makes reasonable efforts to keep all content current but does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
9.7 Strategist is not responsible for website downtime, maintenance, or interruptions.
9.8 All login credentials are personal and confidential. Suspected unauthorized use may result in suspension.
TESTIMONIALS
Strategist may request testimonials from Clients regarding their experience. By participating, Client grants Strategist a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish their testimonial, with or without identifying information, across all media. Testimonials do not guarantee similar results.
USE OF CLIENT’S INFORMATION AND IMAGE
Client authorizes Strategist to use their name, image, likeness, or voice in audio, video, or written form for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes. Client waives any claims related to the use of their likeness or participation in Strategist’s programs.
REPRODUCTION AND COMPETITION RESTRICTION
The Program and Materials are for Client’s personal use only.
Client shall not copy, distribute, or sell Strategist’s Materials.
For a period of eighteen (18) months after the Commencement Date, Client agrees not to create or sell substantially similar faith-based health, wellness, or business mentorships derived from Strategist’s content.
OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS
Strategist’s Materials remain the exclusive property of Predestined Not Predisposed, LLC.
Client agrees to maintain confidentiality and not to disclose or share any Materials except for personal use.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Client agrees not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Strategist, its officers, employees, programs, or materials.
MISCELLANEOUS
15.1 Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the full agreement between Strategist and Client.
15.2 Assignment. Client may not assign this Agreement. Strategist may assign its rights and obligations without notice.
15.3 Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights.
15.4 Governing Law/Venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (USA). Any disputes shall be heard in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], Georgia. Client consents to jurisdiction and waives objection to venue.
15.5 Waiver of Jury Trial. Client waives the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15.6 Amendments and Modifications. Strategist may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15.7 Cost of Collections. Client is responsible for all late fees, collection costs, and attorney’s fees for unpaid balances.
15.8 Authority. Client warrants authority to enter this Agreement.
15.9 SMS Messaging. By providing a phone number, Client consents to receive text messages related to programs, offers, and updates.

Strategist’s Programs and Materials provide faith-based health, wellness, and business education.
Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual obedience, effort, and circumstance.
Strategist and its team are not doctors, lawyers, accountants, or licensed medical professionals. All content is educational and not intended to replace professional advice.
Client voluntarily assumes responsibility for implementing any strategies discussed and agrees to hold Strategist harmless for outcomes resulting from their participation.
TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
By accessing Strategist’s websites and portals, Client understands and agrees that access is provided “as is” without guarantee of constant uptime or performance. Strategist is not liable for downtime, maintenance, or loss of data. No refunds are provided for interruptions.
Strategist may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Programs or Materials at any time without notice.
