ShaQuayla is a nurse, educator, author, speaker, and prophetic wellness coach who empowers Christian women to reclaim their health, healing, and wholeness — God’s way.
She is the founder of Well Woman Ministries and YahRa Wellness, where she equips faith-driven women to restore their gut-brain connection and renew their lives through biblical truth and functional wellness. With a clinical background and spiritual insight, she addresses root causes — not just symptoms — helping women experience lasting transformation.
ShaQuayla is also the visionary behind the Power of Agreement Challenge — a breakthrough experience that activates women to align their belief, identity, and actions with the Word of God so they can break barriers, shift atmospheres, and walk boldly in divine purpose.
In addition to health coaching, she offers business mentorship for women who want to leverage their God-given gifts to increase their influence, impact, and income — all while staying rooted in faith.

I wasn’t always the woman you see today.
At one point, I had what looked like a beautiful life — a thriving career, a loving family, and all the outward markers of success. But inside, I was bitter, broken, and bound. I was exhausted trying to keep it all together. My anxiety was constant. Depression weighed me down. Addictions and emotional patterns began spiraling out of control. And the more I smiled on the outside, the more numb I became on the inside.
I knew something was wrong. And so did God.
One day, in the midst of my unraveling, God spoke to me clearly. He told me exactly what I needed to do to be set free — and then He gave me an assignment:
"Now I need you to do the same for My daughters."
That was the moment everything shifted. I realized I wasn’t alone — that there were countless women just like me: suffering silently, smiling publicly, and slowly losing themselves under the weight of expectation and spiritual depletion.
God revealed something deeper:
When His daughters are WELL, everything connected to them flourishes — their families, their businesses, their communities. And when we are whole, the Kingdom of God becomes WELL.
This is the foundation of everything I do — from YahRa Wellness to Well Woman Ministries to the Power of Agreement Challenge. I’m not here to offer surface solutions. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your wholeness, purpose, and prosperity in Christ.
Because God is still calling His daughters to rise — to live, love, and lead from a place of wholeness in both their health and wealth, just as He promised in 3 John 1:2.
